The Black Hills Suzuki School gathered on a windy, cold Sunday evening at the parking lot of Ft. Hays Chuckwagon. We played as many pieces as we could before rain threatened and our fingers stiffened too much to continue. We extend our thanks to Kathy Reeves for braving the South Dakota August weather to accompany our students.

100 day challenge winners were celebrated and rewarded for their efforts. See the picture below of those who were present at the PlayDown.

Nine judges listened to recordings submitted by over 75 students in our Virtual Vivace Festival in May. The Judges selected one student from their group who they felt was the most well-prepared. Vivace Judge's Choice Awards were presented to these nine students at the Playdown:
